Bang & Olufsen are known for crafting premium electronic products and their latest creation is another deluxe piece of technology. The Beosound Emerge is a compact wi-fi speaker made with the finest materials that comes in gold tone/light oak and black anthracite.

Shaped like a book and at only 6.7 cm, the Beosound Emerge is an ultra-slim speaker that delivers ultra-wide, 180-degree sound. Enclosed within the thin design is a revolutionary driver configuration. The 4″ woofer produces omnidirectional low frequencies no matter where it’s positioned, while the compact 1.45” mid-range driver and 0.6″ tweeter create a fully immersive sound experience.  The speaker has an integrated bass port guide, resulting in rich sound, while Active Room Compensation optimizes the sound for the size of the room the speaker is stationed in. The smart interface is located on the top of the speaker and can be used to access your favorite radio station, search Google, or stream music via Spotify. It also supports AirPlay 2 and Chromecast for wireless connectivity and has a built-in microphone for voice control using Google Assistant.

As with all Bang & Olufsen products, the design is just as important as the tech. The Danish electronic company has collaborated with London-based design agency Layer to create the appealing look of the speaker. Made with pearl-blasted aluminum, natural oak, and seamlessly knitted textile from Kvadrat, the Beosound Emerge looks as good as it sounds.  The B&O Beosound Emerge is set to launch this fall the gold tone version retailing for $899 and the black anthracite model for $699.
