E3 has delivered a number of surprises, but one of the most exciting reveals was the release of the first trailer for Forza 5. The much-loved driving series is returning to the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC later this year, with Microsoft promising Forza 5 is the biggest and best game in the franchise yet.
This time around the setting is Mexico, with players able to traverse the incredible countryside, driving through desert landscapes, lush forests, and even past active volcanos! There’s even meant to be a faithful re-creation of Guanajuato City, albeit on a smaller scale. As for the cars, Forza 5 will feature a massive line-up of hundreds of vehicles from official car makers such as Mercedes, Jeep, McLaren, and Mitsubishi. As you can see from the trailer, the graphics look amazing, with developer Playground Games really pushing the boundaries and capabilities of the Xbox. The game will have single-player missions along with multiplayer options so you can team up with mates. There will also be a ton of customizable options available so you can create the ultimate car. Forza 5 will be released on the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 on 9 November, while those who splurge on the Premium Edition will get “Early Access” starting 5 November.
